#SpotlightSunday with Dream Big Charity Gala Decor Chair, Brandy Lackey

This Sunday we Spotlight 2016 Dream Big Charity Gala Decor Chair, Brandy Lackey. Brandy has been on the Dream Big committee since 2014 and has been invaluable to our cause. She is creative, organized, giving, and passionate about this event and the mission of the CSC. This is a quote from her at our April Dream Big committee meeting, “I’m with the CSC and this committee till the end!” We’re going to hold her to that statement! Read below to learn more about Brandy.

How did you become involved with the CSC?  I got involved with CSC through a mutual friend of Richard Watkins 3 years ago. I have always enjoyed giving back to the community and was involved with other events throughout NWA.  The CSC spoke to my heart along with direct impact Dream Big has on the success of the CSC.

Why do you stay involved? I stay involved because this is a small way for me to help those that can’t help themselves, and to support those that are called to do the work that the CSC provides to the community.  Plus, the group involved are all great people that are fun to work with.

What is your favorite thing about volunteering for the CSC? The friends I have made and relationships I have built through this event is the best.  It doesn’t feel like work.  We all work hard to throw a great event, but have so much fun doing it!

Fun Fact about yourself… Fun Fact… My favorite meal is brunch and I claim to make the best brunch you will ever have…
