The Children’s Safety Center is thrilled to announce, in partnership with Champions for Kids, that we have been selected as the second place winner of a grant from a Great Day at the Farm!

Each fall, Champions for Kids gathers with Northwest Arkansas high school students, corporate teams, nonprofit leaders, and volunteers for a day of service learning. Students meet with representatives from local nonprofit organizations to learn about the issues affecting children in their communities. Next, they create videos that seek to raise awareness of those issues and design service projects to help local children thrive. This event mobilizes young people to take action to improve the lives of children.  It’s a GREAT Day at the Farm!
