Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how the Children’s Safety Center collects, uses, and protects your information when you opt in to receive text messages from us.
Information We Collect
When you opt in (agree to receive text messages from the CSC) to our text message service, we collect your phone number. We may also collect information you provide in your messages to us, such as your name or questions you ask.
How We Use Your Information
We use your phone number to send you text messages about your appointment, to check in and provide support, and/or to provide information about community resources. We will not use your phone number for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
Sharing Your Information
We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to any third parties. We may disclose your information if required by law.
Opting Out
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time. To unsubscribe, simply reply “STOP” to any message you receive.
