Happy Sunday! Linked below is a website for teen’s mindfulness. These are short, guided meditations to help teens break from “autopilot” and move into a more conscious state of being. These short meditations are arguably universal, so I would encourage them for all ages. Familiarized yourself with the purpose of mindfulness, and take a few minutes out of your day to try one of these. Let us know what you think!
